Carolyn K. Broner, MS Ed, BCBA
Carolyn K. Broner has been working with children, teens, and young adults including those with Autism, Cognitive Impairments, and other developmental delays and their families for close to 10 years. She earned her master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Dakota and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has worked as teacher and an assistant principal in general and Special Education as well as center-based settings. She holds general and special education teacher and administrator credentials in the states of Georgia, Michigan, and Texas. Additionally, she holds a doctorate in Leadership and Organizational Change.
Carolyn believes strongly in a multidisciplinary approach for working children that includes parents, teachers, psychologists, social workers, speech therapists, and other service providers. She is committed to helping parents/caretakers and school staff understand the challenges that some children face and empowering them with behavioral strategies that they can utilize to help children move toward independence and achieve success.
