Elianna Platt (MA, LCSW) is a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Whole Child Solutions. She has extensive experience providing mental health treatment to children and adolescents of all ages. She is highly trained in a wide variety of evidence based treatment methods and can tailor her treatment to meet your child’s individual needs. Elianna conducts parent and teacher trainings and is dedicated to ensuring that all supports in a child’s life are working in strong collaboration. Ms. Platt’s areas of expertise include Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD), Selective Mutism (SM), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other behavioral and anxiety disorders.

Prior to founding Whole Child Solutions, Elianna worked as a clinical social worker in the Anxiety Disorders Center at the Child Mind Institute, where she treated children from around the world with Selective Mutism, Anxiety disorders and behavioral disorders. Elianna was heavily involved in running their Brave Buddies program as well as other programs supporting children with SM.

Elianna Platt acquired her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Yeshiva University and a Masters Degree in child development from Sarah Lawrence College. She obtained her Masters in Clinical Social Work from New York University, Silver School of Social Work. Ms. Platt is a certified Parent Child Interaction (PCIT) therapist.
