Dr. Elana Rimler is a clinical psychologist who is licensed in the State of New York. She works with children, adolescents and adults in her practice both virtually and in person. Dr. Rimler has specialty training in Selective Mutism, Parent Training, Tourette/Tic Disorders, trauma, as well as mood disorders.

At times, she incorporates her dogs into her sessions to help people practice brave talking. She also conducts home and school visits to facilitate treatment progress. Dr. Rimler will also conduct virtual and real life exposure exercises to help promote the goals of her clients and their families.
