Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Youth Anxiety and Related Disorders by Telehealth

The UCSF Wavefront Program is conducting a survey to better understand providers’ experiences conducting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for youth anxiety and related disorders by telehealth. We hope to use these results to better understand barriers and facilitators to delivering CBT via telehealth. This survey is open to licensed mental healthcare providers and trainees with experience conducting CBT for youth anxiety and related disorders by telehealth.

If you choose to be in the study, you will complete an anonymous and confidential Qualtrics survey online that takes about 15-20 minutes.

You can skip questions that you do not want to answer or stop the survey at any time. The survey is anonymous, and no one will be able to link your answers back to you. Please do not include your name or other information that could be used to identify you in the survey responses. Survey participants will have the option to be entered into a raffle to win a $50 Amazon gift card, and receive an infographic with survey results when available.

What is the Impact of Childhood Selective Mutism on School Experience? A study done by the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom

Are you over the age of 18 and experienced selective mutism at school? If so, you are invited to participate in a study regarding how people who had selective mutism as a child feel it affected their school experience and what they believe to be barriers and facilitators of their social and academic achievements in school.

Research Study: Explore how Children Think and Learn

Time Needed to Complete: Child needed for 30-minutes (with you/caregiver the whole time)

Compensation: Every child will receive an extensive list of activities which can be done in quarantine, and every family will be entered to win one of 8 $25 Amazon gift cards

What Services are Children with Selective Mutism Receiving in School? A study done by Cohen Children’s Medical Center/Northwell Health in New York.

This research study is looking for parents/legal guardians of elementary school children between 5-11 years old with selective mutism. Participants will complete an anonymous questionnaire that takes between 10-15 minutes. The purpose of this study is to better understand what types of services children with selective mutism are receiving in school.
