Dr. Haight provides psychological services to youth and families using evidenced-based practice focusing on a variety of areas (e.g., Anxiety and Mood Disorders, School Refusal, Giftedness, High Functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and parent and child support). Dr. Haight’s main area of focus is treating anxiety disorders (Selective Mutism, OCD, Social and Specific Phobia, Separation Anxiety, Panic, and GAD) using evidenced treatment including CBT, Exposure Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She also approaches cases from a systemic perspective. With parent permission, she works with school, other professionals, and systems working with your youth of family to offer the best care. She works collaboratively with families to define treatment goals and assist client’s in gaining skills to effectively manage difficulties. She offers individual, family, and group treatments.
