Hi! I’m Julie Moore and I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2008. Since completing my degree, I have worked with children, teens and adults in a variety of settings including in child welfare and community mental health centers. I work with children, teens, and adults with a variety of concerns, including trauma, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, and selective mutism.

I am a mom of two daughters and recognize the challenges of parenting, as well as the challenges that present themselves when facing struggles with behavioral or mental health. I am passionate about working towards empowering and supporting youth with selective mutism, while also working with parents and schools on how they can best support and empower these children.
